Tom Barringer was great to work with. He dealt with us and our prior homeowner and went above and beyond. His crews were professional and did a great job for us.

We recently had our windows and siding replaced by Beach Windows, and overall we’re happy with the results. The crew was polite, efficient, and completed most of the work within a week, which was great. We needed a few touch-ups afterward, and the owner personally made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. If you need a door replaced, definitely ask for Tommy - he did an excellent job.

Full Story - When we moved to Virginia Beach, all our of money was tied up with a new baby and the older house we purchased. As with any home, eventually things need to be replaced and updated; our first winter we quickly realized the front door was leaking cold air (and rain when the wind blew)!

We called several companies to get estimates - Beach Windows and Siding was not the cheapest but they were the best. They had quality products and it was clear they stand by them.

Im writing this review almost 10 years after they installed our beautiful front door and I promise you it was worth every penny.

Tom and his team were professional and honest from the start. Our questions were answered and it was clear they knew their business. The door was solid, well-built and has stood the test of time.

The door lock was sticking about 5 years ago and they had a technician out the next day to fix it (no cost). Recently the lock started sticking again and Tom offered to replace the lock for free.

That is the quality and honesty we all hope to find. That is what we found in Tom and his entire team at Beach Windows and Siding.

After our experience with the sales team from another company, we are so happy we chose Beach Windows! We were given choices in our price range and never felt pressured to make a decision. I can't say enough good things about Beach Windows, Tom and the crew who did my job. Amazing folks who dealt with my OCD neurotic self during the install. We had all windows, siding and new sheathing completed. They basically tore it all down to the studs and rebuilt. They worked around me putting up new Rockwool to half the house during the install. They replaced a sliding glass door and converted a window in the back into a new door. About three months after the install it got hot and the back door was sticking a bit. They came out and fixed it for no charge. I will always recommend them. The OKNA casement windows on the lower floor are amazing! We love it all. Thanks again Tom and crew!

Back story: impressed by their showroom, staff, and given a recommendation by Wilkinson Windows, I had Beach Windows replace all the windows on my two-story home in late 2022. The agreement was to replace the windows, remove the window stools, and wrap the windows in aluminum. Unfortunately, the subcontractors that came out did not do the work to an acceptable degree of quality.

They had some of their own workers come out to fix some issues, which was great, but I think some other concerns might have been lost in the email thread.

Thinking there was nothing to be done, I let it go, but as time went by, I grew concerned the work from the subcontractors could lead to serious issues. Hence, I left a scathing review.

Tom quickly reached out to me to address the problems stated in my review. He came to my house that day to inspect the work, then scheduled his people to come fix the issues.

Long story short: if you have concerns, keep the lines of communication open. Tom is a businessman of integrity, and I appreciate his handling of this situation. His workers, Mike and Tony, did a great job.
