Back story: impressed by their showroom, staff, and given a recommendation by Wilkinson Windows, I had Beach Windows replace all the windows on my two-story home in late 2022. The agreement was to replace the windows, remove the window stools, and wrap the windows in aluminum. Unfortunately, the subcontractors that came out did not do the work to an acceptable degree of quality.

They had some of their own workers come out to fix some issues, which was great, but I think some other concerns might have been lost in the email thread.

Thinking there was nothing to be done, I let it go, but as time went by, I grew concerned the work from the subcontractors could lead to serious issues. Hence, I left a scathing review.

Tom quickly reached out to me to address the problems stated in my review. He came to my house that day to inspect the work, then scheduled his people to come fix the issues.

Long story short: if you have concerns, keep the lines of communication open. Tom is a businessman of integrity, and I appreciate his handling of this situation. His workers, Mike and Tony, did a great job.

A great experience, quality materials, workmanship with attention to detail and a very competitive price for windows and siding. Can’t say enough positive things about the company. Thomas brought his expertise, knowledge and design recommendations to help ascetically improve our home. He and his staff were honest, diligent and great at communicating schedules for materials and installation. Any issues that arose during installation were amicably and quickly resolved. They stand behind their warranty and answer questions on best practices to maintain the products. I will be using their services again when building an out building to match the house.

My wife and I have owned 10 homes during our marriage. Yes, we moved a lot for work. Anyway, with all homes purchased, we had to hire contractors for a variety of big and small projects. While I am quite capable of handing many home improvements, I just don't have the time to do large projects (I do have a job). Anyway, Beach Windows and Siding installed stone and vinyl shake siding on our entire home as well as many windows. The siding was a huge challenge, especially the stone around the foundation. given the different elevations of the home and its age. The team was VERY professional and worked all day in well over 90 degree heat 6 days a week. They showed up on time and worked throughout the day to complete the job in a timely fashion. Thomas Barringer, the owner, is without a doubt, the most responsive contractor with whom we have ever work with on all 10 homes we've owned. He even responded to a text while on vacation with his family in Florida. He responded quickly/promptly to any questions before, during and after the project was completed. His responsiveness is only surpassed by his friendly and affable demeanor. He is the consummate professional. Any reviews on here that are less than a 5 are, quite frankly, due to ignorance of products such as windows and their limitations . . . they are not bulletproof nor soundproof. If they were, you would be spending CONSIDERABLY more for that type of product which are not installed in homes. Once again, having owned 10 homes I can assure you Beach Windows and Siding is, by far, one of the best out there for windows and siding, both of which we had installed on our LAST home purchase.

Mike and Beach Windows did an amazing job from start to finish. Mike was easy to work with and made our needs his top priority. The crew installing showed up on time, were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very happy with the whole process.

After 6 quotes I chose Beach Windows & Siding to install over 20 windows and they completed it in 2 days. The process was easy, seamless and the cost was more than reasonable for a solid product. Additionally the crew was exceptional & customer focused and the office team flexible and customer centric. This is one of the most impressive locally owned businesses in the area. Highly Recommend!

There are many businesses who sell windows and we researched many before deciding on Beach Windows.
The salesman who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough ensuring we were getting the windows that were the best fit for our home and our needs. He helped explain how to order at least 5 window for the most cost effective pricing since we had so many windows in our home. We placed our order and then decided to add more windows to our order and again Mike was so helpful.
The window install date needed to be changed by me because of the holiday and changes in our family schedule and the office team was so helpful.
Today our windows were installed and Jeff and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time and very efficiently installed the windows, answered questions and cleaned up everything as they worked.
We are impressed in what a difference these new windows make already noticing how our family room is warmer.
Highly recommend this company!! We had read many 5 star reviews and just wanted to share our experiences so others know these reviews are honest.

I had a great experience with Beach Windows and Siding. Tom was fantastic in helping me set up the cost estimates—he was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was clear. The two-man crew that came to do the work was equally impressive. They did a fantastic job and kept me updated throughout the entire process. This is my second time using Beach Windows and Siding. They are currently installing one of their high quality entry doors and side light to the front of my house. In December of 2022, they installed 22 Okna windows to replace my builder grade ones, that I had had for 22 years. Not only was I pleased with these amazing windows, their workmanship was exceptional! Many of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the look of how they installed them with their unique trim package.

Excellent , Friendly and Honest service is what you need when you are about to make a BIG commitment on your home. I was in great need of siding for my back yard wall. Turned out ..I needed more than expected ..wasn't just a simple replacement. Beach Windows and Siding made the experience a whole lot less stressful and I am really happy with the quality look. Outstanding service and Superior glass products. The sliding door is extremely quiet. We are having an inground pool installed and could not hear the noisy exhaust fans. Thanks to Thomas and his staff!

This is my third time using Beach Windows and as always the product is amazing and the service and communication is top notch. Thomas really takes customer service very seriously. I couldn't be happier with my new windows.
