There are many businesses who sell windows and we researched many before deciding on Beach Windows.
The salesman who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough ensuring we were getting the windows that were the best fit for our home and our needs. He helped explain how to order at least 5 window for the most cost effective pricing since we had so many windows in our home. We placed our order and then decided to add more windows to our order and again Mike was so helpful.
The window install date needed to be changed by me because of the holiday and changes in our family schedule and the office team was so helpful.
Today our windows were installed and Jeff and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time and very efficiently installed the windows, answered questions and cleaned up everything as they worked.
We are impressed in what a difference these new windows make already noticing how our family room is warmer.

This is my second time using Beach Windows and Siding. They are currently installing one of their high quality entry doors and side light to the front of my house. In December of 2022, they installed 22 Okna windows to replace my builder grade ones, that I had had for 22 years. Not only was I pleased with these amazing windows, their workmanship was exceptional! Many of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the look of how they installed them with their unique trim package.

Outstanding service and Superior glass products. The sliding door is extremely quiet. We are having an inground pool installed and could not hear the noisy exhaust fans. Thanks to Thomas and his staff!

We spoke to several window installers before choosing Beach Windows. It's hard to find someone that you'd trust these days, but Tom came to our home, he was very personable, professional and genuine. He presented us with information, a very reasonable quote, and we selected our window features. Communication was excellent. We had approximately 15 windows done this time around. The timeline from measuring to getting our window installation appointment was very reasonable. The installers were very nice, polite and cleaned up well after themselves. We had no issues at all.
A couple of months later we had another 8 windows replaced. Again, Tom was fantastic! Timeline was great and communication was excellent. We had a different crew installing these windows and we did have a little hiccup at the end, but I will say that Tom took care of the issue, no questions asked. He was very professional about it and took care of us. The windows are fabulous, easy to clean and have made it quieter in our home. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows replaced. A+ quality and work.

I have recently had all 24 of the windows on my house replaced by Beach Windows and Siding and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Working with Thomas and his staff thru out the whole process from beginning to end was quite a pleasure. After much research, my family decided to go with Beach Windows & Siding. We had all of our windows replaced and couldn't be happier with the customer service, the installation team who worked carefully to clean up as they went, as well as the quality of windows since having them installed! The owner's son was the one who came out to do the original measurements and was very personable and professional. We would highly recommend them and if we were looking for windows again, would certainly use them. I was in the market for replacing 15 windows at my home and contacted 5 different companies for pricing. I am in sales myself and was very impressed with the salesman (Mike) that came out to my house for the presentation and estimate. I will say they were not the lowest bid but also not the highest , I did heavy research and choose Beach Windows because of the reviews by other homeowners and the quality of the windows. I recently had 18 windows replaced by Beach Windows and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. This is a ONE year review on whole house window replacement!

I thought I would hold out for a one year review, especially with an important home purchase like this.

I have a 1966 edition brick ranch house that had all original wood frame windows...it was time for an upgrade.

In the beginning, I received multiple quotes from businesses (Window World, Mr. Rogers Windows, Lowes) that replace windows. Beach Windows came out on top due to pricing, warranty, availability, scheduling, and responsiveness. A huge thank you to Thomas for always being readily available throughout the entire process and quickly making things happen. Another thanks to the installation crew. They had the entire job complete in one day.

Over the past four seasons, there have been zero issues with the windows. The house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It is really nice to have the windows open during spring and fall. The features with the windows are nice to have such as the double latches, can open from the top or bottom pane with the adjusting screen, and the two "safety" push out latches that keep the window cracked a few inches, but the kids can't push it up farther.

Overall, I am pleased with my choice of Beach Windows, and I have been spreading the word.

Beach Windows is our go to company. We have used them on two houses now. The work crew showed up when scheduled, cleaned up each day and the work quality is unmatched. We did not replace one window because of the size. We will be replacing it now because of how it looks compared to the new windows Beach Windows installed.

Beach Windows and Siding recenlty replace all my windows and sliding glass door. The quality of the product is supurb and Thomas and the staff have been great to work with. They kept us informed on the delivery order and scheduled ASAP once material were available. 14 windows and a sliding glass door and installation was wrapped up in one day. My questions were addressed quickly and the very minor descrepancy i did find was address immediately. The only sign they were here is the one they left in my front yard. Couteous, Professional, Efficent and Affordable.

It's been 3 weeks since we had our Okna Series 600 windows installed and we are very happy with our decision. They replace our original 38 year old windows and storm windows, which were an absolute pain to clean and maintain. After much research and visiting local showrooms, we were impressed with the Beach Windows product and the company. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and the installation crew was very experienced and efficient (thank you Shannon, Scott, and John!). The windows and window wrapping look great; I've attached a picture of the side windows. We washed the new windows a few days after the install and it took two of us about 45 minutes to wash all 10 windows inside and out. The old windows took about 30 minutes PER window! Thank you, Tom, for a very positive experience!

It has been almost a year since Beach Windows installed new windows in my home so. In the last several months, I have been happy with the quality of the windows so far and they operate (no leakage or drafts) and look great on the house.

The installation was a bit more stressful than I had hoped. During the process of removing and installing new windows, there was a good amount of damage to the drywall surrounding the window cutouts that I ended up repairing and repainting myself. The owner reached out to apologize and ended up giving me a discount for my troubles. I’m overall pleased with the outcome and look forward to hopefully many years of draft-free, leak-free windows.

The BW&S experience was top notch from start to finish. This is the second time we have used their services. Thomas came out personally to work through the work we needed to get completed. Complete re-wrap of the trim on our second story house. Materials came in early and Vanessa scheduled immediately. Work complete and signed off in 2 days and it looks great. Jorge and his crew were friendly, efficient and very professional. I cant say enough about how this company operates and their vision for customer service and getting the job done. Thank you BW&S!

I had Beach Windows replace the original windows in my condo recently. They did an excellent job. The windows are beautiful and I plan to have them install a new sliding glass door with shades. A friend of mine was so impressed with them he had them give him an estimate to replace 19 windows in his house which he plans to sell. They are the best!!

What a great experience. Tommy was the installer and he did amazing. Neat, constantly moving and did all the windows upstairs and down, they look amazing and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Noise has been cut drastically and the way he finished the half rounds is amazing. The windows are beautiful and I am so happy with the cost. Thank you Beach windows for a really good experience and no pressure. They only wanted me to be happy and satisfied, which I surely am!!!!

I waited a few months into having these windows before writing this review to ensure all is well and no problems have occurred. So far, so great! I called several companies and it was clear to me that BWS was a no brainer. They were slightly more than other companies but also much cheaper than many. The windows were way better quality. Most importantly, Tom was NOT pushy!! I had spent hours with some companies and they seemed angry when I wouldn't sign immediately. Tom just gave me his business card with his personal cell (I believe he is an owner?) And headed out.

Now....BWS told me 8ish weeks for the install. It did take almost 12 weeks. HOWEVER....it was COVID and like anything, things got delayed. Then we had 3 weeks of constant rain so they were behind on others. Vanessa in the office called to update me often and never got annoyed when I called her. She is such a pleasant voice.

I called Tom at one point and explained that I wanted added insulation around the windows. No questions asked, he got in the car and dropped off insulation to his crew. No argument, no questions asked, no hassle.

The crew estimated 3 to 4 days, he took 5 days. This was for a whopping 31windows. Guess what? They worked diligently and took longer because they wanted perfection! Moises walked around with that calking gun to make sure it looked nice and was sealed MULTIPLE times. He checked and rechecked the next day. The crew found a knick in the vinyl at the top of one of the windows. Some would have waited for the homeowner to notice and hoped they didn't. My crew pointed it out to ME and told me it would be replaced in a month. They honored their word with no hassle. Our half round windows gave Moises a challenge with the outside trim. He did it once and knew it didn't look good. Without me saying (although I agreed) it all came down and he started again. He would reach perfection if it killed him.

The crew became family for 5 days. Always carrying on conversations, loved on the new puppy when they came in, texted every day to let me know they were on their way, and more. They made us feel safe.

I would absolutely recommend BWS to EVERYONE!
